We strive to make our website as user friendly as possible!
We have put all our herbal products by their category name to the left of the website. In the middle of the website we put all herbal products by their name in alphabetical, you simply push on any letter and it will show you all herbal products which name starts with that letter.

On the right of the website (towards the top) you will see your shopping cart, you can click on view cart (which will show you your shopping cart items) or checkout (this will reroute you to our checkout page). On our checkout page there are 2 options:
1. to login to your account (this will speed up your checkout process, as your address will be saved in your account)
2. you can checkout as a guest without having an account (if you dont want an account for your privacy reasons) or you may also sign up to an account if its your first order with us (this will be beneficial for future orders with us, and if you are applying for a wholesale account).

During the checkout process we will ask for your billing/shipping address, shipping method, payment method, and for you to review and confirm all information before placing your order. You can read more information about our shipping options by clicking here.

For Wholesale Purchases: Please login (bottom of the website) and then view the products with your wholesale price and place your order. If you dont login first you will see the regular website prices. You may also add to cart your items before loging in, once you sign in during your checkout process, the prices will automatically reflect your wholesale discount.

SEARCH FEATURE: If there is a product that you are looking for but are unable to locate under the categories on the left side, please put your topic into search (upper left side) and you should see what category that topic is listed under. Search may bring you many related topics but you will decide which one applies to you. For example, if you are looking for sinus congestion, on the left side you will not see the topic sinus congestion as a category of its own. However when you put it into search, it will tell you which category it is under (for example, colds and viruses). You then put the cursor over colds and viruses on the left side (under the product section) and a new window will open showing you the subcategories and sinus congestion is one of those.
