To return your products; you can only return new, unopened items within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you.

The customer is responsable to pay for shipping cost to return the products to us. Once we receive the products we will only refund the product cost and not the shipping and handling charges. All first class mail (national or international) items are NOT traceable and we can NOT guarantee their delivery. If you choose first class method and you dont receive your order, we will not refund you and we are not responsable for your loss.
For international customers please check with your customs clearance that you can import herbal products for personal use before you place an order (most countries allow this with no problem). All returns due to customs not allowing entrance we can ONLY refund the product and NOT the shipping charges.
