When placing your order while you checkout you will be asked for your address, after entering your address you will be given various shipping options from US postal service and Fedex. Next to each option you will see the cost for shipping as well as approximate delivery time. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, each bottle weighs no more than 1.3 oz of any herbal product with 30 capsules.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS who would like to know your shipping cost before checking out, you may visit either FEDEX or USPS to calculate the cost of shipping to your destination.
For shipments with USPS we only use express mail and priority mail service for international orders, and for domestic orders we use express mail, priority mail and first class mail.
Usually the price for shipping chages per each lb, so you can order 1 to 10 bottles at the same shipping cost.

Please note: If your select USPS (US Postal Service) as your shipping method, there are certain European and International countries such as Norway whos local delivery will only attempt delivery one time and then return the product back to the USA. Please make sure the address you provide will have somebody constantly present to receive delivery. Or alternatively you can choose Federal Express who attempt to delivery several times before returning the product. We cannot be responsible for deliveries that are returned to us.

Once we receive your order, it can take up to 48 hours for us to ship your order out (usually we ship the same day for orders placed before 12 pm). We will update your order with the tracking number (if you choose a shipping option that has a tracking number).
All Fedex shipments have tracking number and the US postal service only provides tracking for their express mail, their priority mail will give you a delivery confirmation number but not a tracking number.

For international customers please check with your customs clearance that you can import herbal products for personal use before you place an order (most countries allow this with no problem). All returns due to customs not allowing entrance we can ONLY refund the product and NOT the shipping charges. Please visit our return policy page for information on returns.
